How much light time to the woken seed in the soil?...

I've grown tons of plants and I've always run 24/7 until flip never had issues and always had super huge plants if you check out my diary you'll see the results

I do 16 until they poped out of the soil then 18 on 6 off they seem to be happy , im still at the start of my first autos indoors and they seem happy

Hi Tommy, I would recommend 16 or 18 hours of ( if possible ) dimmed light. If you cant dim then raise the light as high as possible in the room or tent. When she is about 4-5 cm tall turn the light to half the height or dim to 30-50%. And then when she has leaves and is about a week or two start dimming to 70-80% or hang the light 50-70 cm above the plant. Hope this helps!
