I do not like to defoliate but this plant is very bushy, opinions advice on whether to defoliate a little bit or not? Advice opinions appreciated

I don't like to defoliate at all unless I have to, this plant is very bushy and was wondering what other ppl thought on if I should defoliate or let her keep going, week 4 flowering pineapple Express Auto fastbuds, I have good air flow and keep tucking leaves.advice appreciated.

In your case it’s fading along flowering. I would only take leaves that are yellowed. Honestly I don’t plan defoliations. I take the leaves that the plant is shedding at every watering. Or if she’s just dropping them I take. I would just maintain your environment and continue with your feed/water regimen and let her consume her leaves as she flowers. You’re in the window for a late defoliation. I usually do 2 weeks before and 3 weeks in to flower just to make room, those lower leaves struggling for light, trim a few uppers to allow light to hit the lower portions
