Day 84 and my little one gallon auto starts shooting these out? She’s been a very slow grower so is this just “developing”?

Foxtailing. Often because of light or heat stress or when plant is mature she tries to make everything to get pollinated and shoots new pistils.

This foxtailing stress occurs for different reasons, not only that i can see that you have given too much nitrogen in this cycle, i would cut 1/3 of the quantity for the next grow you can see the curling of the leaves that goes downside this is an indicator I would chop it, its stressed right now so better not develop any further

It is done. You ran high nitrogen in flowering and it hindered your bud development. The dark green in leaves and clawing show the nitrogen toxicity.

She is well and truly ready for harvest. Those extra, late new white pistils are just the plant giving one last push to try and get pollinated and grow seeds as a survival instinct. Basically, she is close to death and trying to ensure the next generation may have a chance to survive.
