Is it harvest time?

Autoflower seed packs indicated 8-9 weeks but the smell from the tent is mild maybe medium and the buds are only a little bit sticky. These pictures of each plant are at day 84. Am I too late or do they need more time? Many milky trichomes and amber pistols.

Your buds look great if you are waiting to flush for a couple of days (recommended minimum of 10 days), then I would start planning it. Best get a magnifying lens and check the trichomes for at least 20% amber, then harvest. Some other tips: Leave the plants in complete dark for the last 24/36 hours to fatten the buds. (I've also read but haven't tried yet) That it's a good idea to give ice cold water for the last week to induce some healthy low stress

How’s it going pal it looks like your all cloudy/milky but some of your buds look more ripe then others maybe the top ones, did you try checking some of the lower buds under the magnifier ? If they are all cloudy and your looking for more of a day time smoke I would harvest but if you want more of the couch lock wait for around 20% to turn amber, hope this helps 🍁😎

Wait for amber trichomes bro. At least 20% for it to pack any kind of punch. The more amber the more sedating or couch locking the effects. Hope this helps

I concur with @Growstick and @UnkleSkunk. I would definitely pick up a jewelers loupe, it helps take the guess work out. To be completely honest I don't have a lot of experience but I've been doing a lot of research and from what I see mostly on the grow diaries that I follow, if you have perfect conditions and the right pheno you can expect harvest date mentioned by the seed breeder. If not then you usually add a couple of weeks or more. They are looking good! 👍 Best of luck to you!

I think they're still a bit short of being finished. I can't see any amber trichomes in your pictures. I aim for 80% milky, 20% amber... 0% clear. It's hard to tell clear from milky without a microscope of jewellers loupe, but you can pick these up very cheaply on amazon or aliexpress etc these days. Good luck and enjoy your harvest!

well yes, many are delayed. I've been doing autos for 15 weeks even though it says 8, but it often depends on the phenotype. so you just need to be patient. start giving only water, or if you've already started, that's better.
