I don’t see anything wrong with her. I have had my seedling leafs completely deformed looking like a duck foot and I left it alone. I have never had any problems related to deforming or weird looking seedlings.

You plant is too wet. I believe you have a watering issue. Add more course perlite to substrate to add more air to roots. They need air as much as water and nutrition. It will also make the plant more resistant to being over watered. Your ph is a bit high. 6.1 in vegging in soil. But maintaining a wet and dry cycle is important. Even if you have to water every other side when you water. So one side is always dryer, and it rotates.

Nothing wrong with her. If you provide the environment she'll grow.
Check your setup. Burnt normally means your over providing (light or nutes) or the air is too dry.
