I have been having trouble with my leaf tips and edges appearing yellow and then turning brown. At first it was just the bottom leaves that were affected but now more of the top leaves have the burnt appearance just not as extreme as the lower leaves. What can I do to fix this?

Burnt leaf tips are a sign of nutrient burn. I’d recommend backing down on your nutrients to 1/2 or 3/4 strength. Autos don’t need as much nutrients as photoperiod plants. And the nutrient Manufacturer’s recommendations are maximum strength (the faster you use up your supply, the sooner you’ll buy more). The existing damage will not change back, but you should stop seeing new leaves affected. Good luck 👍

Hi @Noela! From what I read you're giving 23ml of fertilizer per liter of water, is this correct? If so, you almost killed your plant, that's way too many nutrients. You should flush heavily with plain pH'd water and let it dry with the help of a small fan blowing onto your container. Then see how it goes, but she might need a few days/weeks to recover, especially if she's under a nutrient-lockout. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing 👊

Hello @Noela. Are you sure you use ml/l and not ml/gal? What you have there is a typical potassium deficiency . Normally according to fox farm feeding schedule you need to add the grow big next week but it is best to start sooner ! Happy growing ! 👊

hi there, I had the same thing - basically there's a bunch you can do but the leaves won't recover. First always check your inbound watering PH. Make sure you're inside 5.5 and 6.5 Then there's the nuting, you wanna be using maybe half or a bit more but not much more than that of what the recommended dose is on the label. Then there's the actualy watering, just don t over do it. hope Either way this is a really minor problem. If you think you've basically done all this correctly, what's happening is that ¨plant time is different than people time, and they take a while to recover and stuff, so they'll still get a bit worse before they get better. Also cal mag. if you can always add cal mag. Good luck !

Hey @Noela, it appears as though it could be one of a few issues going on. Initially, it looked there maybe some root issues, but I grow in the same size pot and don't have issues. Do you have proper drainage at the bottom of your spacebucket? It looks as thought this is either nutrient burn or ph issues with your water. My suggestion would be to get a soil PH meter, and see what the ph of the soil is. After you ascertain what that is, and correct that, I would work towards just water for a few weeks. PM me if you have any other questions!
