Drainage/Aeration during late flower.

started grow question 3y ago
1. What would you consider max perlite:soil ratio? Going to bump up the perlite next time I got a longer veg/flower. 2. Anyone have any tips on improving this other then adding to initial mix or stabbing holes in the dirt?

Hi so, 70-30 is a good ratio. Also you can add stones, "grow stones" it'll help drainage a lot.

30 to 40 percent course perlite or coco Coir in soil mix. Will provide more air to roots.
