fucking spam filter getting me! third try
Based on equipment, i think it's too much light. fwiw, too little light can cause extreme praying too. pretty easy to eliminate one as a possibility.
fc 6500 in a 5 x 5 over 18 hours. I'd suggest around 70 percent power and 18 inches away. trial and error to fine tune from there. can also use more power at further distances. this might allow better 5x5 coverage if you need entire space.
You can see on a DLI table how much you need to reach roughly 40 DLI over 18 hours. your umol per second from spec sheet is accurate for that light. divide that value by meters squared of garden. that is you ppfd you use on the DLI table in conjunction with hours of use, which is 18. if way over 40 dli it all but confirms this is the cause.
Also, i'd shoot for a 4,5 x 5 foot coverage. you get better spread of light out on axes that runs perpendicular to bars. on the other axes, it may be really good only about 6-8" out from ends of bars. if you drew lines from diodes to a single point you'd see shorter distances from many more diodes on 1 axes to visibly see why this is true.
pls for the love of god post...
