No bud forming (yet)?

There not getting enough light by the look of things far too many leaves covering everything might need to do a bit of grooming

I hope I'm not seeing what I'm seeing here... but I think what you've got are a lot of buds that have got a lot of bud rot in them. Those completely dead leaves are what gives me that idea as that's a prime indicator. See if you can easily pull one of them out of the plant... I think you'll find the whole leaf comes out easily and there will be mooshy stuff that it's come out of.... If I'm right, you should pitch the entire grow right now - BAG it up, seal it and get it the hell out of there. Clean/sterilize the whole tent, your utensils, everything you've had inside your tent and start over. I see you've got a couple of grows going... if you are growing in different tents and have used the same utensils in each tent without sterilizing them, then you need to watch the other grow VERY carefully... but bud rot spores can travel widely so I'd watch that other grow anyway.... you may have to pitch it as well. Bud rot usually forms in very humid conditions where there is insufficient air flow through the plants... 50% humidity is pretty high for this stage of the game... I really REALLY hope I'm wrong.
