it is week 11 of the flowering stage. All the bristles had turned orange but the buds looked quite small. Should I wait for another week.

thy won't fatten more than any remaining ripening. more calyxes won't pop out and fatten up out of nowhere. sometimes a new wave of pistils can pop out, but then you got 2 vastly different ripening timelines in your buds.
trichomes 10-50% or more amber - all sorts of personal preference invovled
pistils - mostly turned color
density of colas
some of that can deviate due to gentics. if it's ready, take it down.

i see no nanners or signs of pollination.
if not genetics, might need stronger light -- 35-40DLI is high-end target for ambient co2.

It should be done from looks. Examination of the trichromes for a 10 to 30 percent amber would say for sure. It looks ready from visual.

Rapid Aging Syndrome!My plant has developed 80% orange/brown pistils after only 4 weeks of flower. I know pollination can cause this, although I haven't found any male flowers. Could hot temperature/humidity, or nutrients cause this, and is there chance she'll still fatten up in the coming weeks?8 months ago

Foxtailing?Week 11 and my auto Dark Devil from Sweet Seeds looks like this, we had a heat wave a few weeks ago and she's not fattening up so maybe foxtailing? There are other genetics in the same tent doing fine.Cut all feed for a week to flush out all N because she kept stretching.
