The yellowing, It's on the bottom growth first, which means it's taking stored nutrients from older leaves to make new ones, Nitrogen is a mobile nutrient and fits the bill. Was it always planted in the fabric pot? Or was it airpot like the other more vibrant plant?

Yes Terp1 is right, they need Nitrogen (N). You need a grow nutrient during the vegging phase to provide then with enough Nitrogen.

Yellow spots on leaves in veg stageI've got 15 days old Opium plant, about a week ago I noticed yellow spots on lower leaves.
