in pics 2 and 3 it is concerning. you can ignore the pointy things, they are not sex-related.
If a couple hairs stick out of those bits that are formming, it is female. you will have plenty of time to figure this out before anythign has a chance to drop pollen. so, no worries if you want to wait a second, in fact, do wait a second.
in the video you see axillary buds, those are normal and future branches. thse litle bits farm at base are preflowers. they will indicate sex before anything else. pollen sacs project from a twig. a calyx rests in that nook and will pop a couple white hairs.
the pollen sac will look quite a bit different after initial development. it'll also form more than 1 per axillary bud, where as calyxes will remain 1:1 with axillary buds. the pollen sacs will look like a bunch of grapes. you can also eventually see some segmentation of its exterior. this is where it will open up and expost a bunch of anthers, or "nanners".
