I would be very, very surprised if anything would happen after only 3 days, but yes, it does almost look like a male flower starting to emerge from the centre top of the flower. Maybe the plant is a "regular" hermie and the fact you recently sprayed it is pure co-incidence? STS usually takes a few applications and about 2 weeks before anything happens and you normally have to spray an emerging branch that has not begun flowering yet, but mysterious things can happen.

Harvest start in 4-5 days too to bottom?Thoughts on harvesting this 1 girl from top to bottom, I was going to start taking the buds that r done and leaving the rest to finish.I planned on it in 4-5 days. Roughly about week 3 of flower. Overall 8 weeks of growth and I always considered my plants the same in age as I grew them together. Now that we are deeper into flower the difference in the flower is apparent. Is this an age difference or just fenotype/strain Photo (1-2 )/ (3-4 )

Cold is coming and flowering stage is taking longer than expected. What should I do?8 week auto but I'm approaching week 11. There has been very little growth in the last couple of weeks.
