The water in my reservoir stinks awfully bad by the time it's ready to be changed. Its overwhelming really. I am using a bacillus innoculant (hydroguard) with every reservoir change. Is there something I can do to stop the stench without hurting my plants?

You can add 2 tsp per gallon of 3% hydrogen peroxide. Keep in mind it will counteract the hydroguard and kill your good bacteria along with the bad bacteria

Hydrogen peroxide is the key, also make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned and stored down frequently. Make sure the water is moving around properly, maybe you need another air stone or an additional one.
