no, you need to have removed the diary from the contest before it ended, once it is ended and the button to remove diary is gone its locked in. You can not hide or delete any diary that is locked into a contest either.
The only option left is to edit and remove all images/text/info from every week in the diary or to delete your account and start again. Weirdly it allows you to edit weeks on the diary but not remove them or add any new ones. You could also ask growdiaires to remove it, but I doubt they will do jack shit.
