Looks actually too healthy for a nutrient lockout. I don't know if the buds already looked better, but at this point just harvest instantly. You alread have quite the nute burn from those pent up nutrients, that even your edges are brown(mostly cause by too much potassium).

Some plants just don't get, or get very few amber trichomes and others get heaps...........it has everything to do with genetics (usually the amount of tropical Sativa genes). Your plant is ready for harvest now, waiting any much longer will result in inferior buds due to THC degradation.

Hi, unfortunately, there are plants where not much changes, but your plants are overripe and your THC is breaking down. Harvest them as soon as possible, otherwise, they will keep getting worse. Good luck!
