Should I harvest now? I’m currently on day 2 of week 6 of flower, and I’m noticing a few of the trichomes starting to turn amber. I feel like I still have a week or two left, given that there are still yellow pistils that haven’t matured orange yet.

Looks like you still have a bit to go. Wait til you are seeing 25-30% amber before you start to flush and then harvest. Patience!

I agree with ezzjaybruh, and it's good to look at the overall picture, pistils, tricomes, bud development, not just the ripeness of the tricomes. The only time I would pick off of tricome ripeness only, is if the buds are starting to get to much amber and your worried about over ripening and then loosing tricomes.

Let it ride. Baseline is for 20% of trichomes to be amber before harvesting. Give it another week and check again

Just count days, as week 6 day 2 can be either 6 full weeks and 2 days ( 44 days) or 6th week and 2 days (37 days)
Anyways looks like you got a fast finisher, but I’d give it another week or so
