Mouse summed up well.. my experience is that day 28 is VERY early for a photoperiod to show gender but not impossible.
You’ll know in a 10-14 days anyhow if it starts clustering stigmas everywhere..
Of course if you have it getting too much darkness, like a 12/12 lighting schedule that will do it too

Plants will show their sex if they are left in Veg long enough I tend to see this on week 5 or 7 in veg.
Given this is on day 28 or week 4, it very well could be an autoflower or just showing its sex on a photoperiod. If you don't know the lineage of the seeds or their genetics before growing them then its a coin toss in figuring out what they are.

I just flipped to 12/12One plant is smaller and is so slow compared with the others I had to elevate its pot a bit and it's still not really catching up, I don't see why and there are no deficiencies.
