I think your plants looking good.
If its an auto do not lollipop or top it, high stress can stunt its growth and cause it to go into bloom early.
If its an photoperiod then HST like topping is a great tool to help control its height and make extra colas. it takes time to recover from this though, You do not need to worry about lollipopping for quite some time, its done aorund the switch to flower. as for topping, it can be done when the plant hits its 3rd or 4th node and every node after that if you really want. I tend to let it grow out a node before topping again.
raiseing the light will cause her to stretch more. 23inch or 60cm is ok, you could also get away with 75cm or close to 30inch then lower back down to 20 when its in flower. If the lights to close the inter-node spacing becomes to tight. this is the space between nodes on the plant or when it makes new branches/leaves.
Good Luck!
