When will my plan be ready?

Look at how dark green your plants are at the top. I think you have a nitrogen toxicity & a substrate ph problem, which would certainly slow things down. Cut back on the nitrogen heavy nutrients & test the runoff ph of your soil when you next water. Goodluck

Get a loupe or use your camera phone. You need to be able to see the top of the trichomes. You have a lot of white pistil hairs too. Wait till these are all orange but magnification of the trichomes is essential

It's really hard for anyone to tell if it is ready without a close look at the trichomes under magnification, like a jeweler's loupe. Additionally, every grower has a different preference on the cannabinoid metabolization level. My advice would be to look at the trichomes on the inflorescence, not the leaves, and judging by their color and the effects you are after, that should tell you the exact day to harvest them.
