What happens to my autos ? Too much fertilizer ? Nutrient block ?

First week I tried the devil and fertilized my autos as little as possible, knowing it was useless... Big mistake.
After that I could see signs of too much fertilizer, i.e. pointed leaves and since then, slow growth with very small leaves. What has happened?

At first glance they go well, there is no problem of lack or excess, you should not worry about that at the moment.
Most likely it is due to water, but I don't know since you don't give any information about it. It is normal for growth to slow down due to temperature, it could also be because the root system is developing more. Good smokes😤😤😤
