What do you use against spider mites?

Doesn't look like spider mites. Check under leaves with a magnifying glass. If there happens to be mites, I use a few drops of dawn soap mixed in water and spray the undersides of the leaves and then the tops. Repeat to kill any hatching eggs.

I took the top layer of soil out replaced it with top soil bc top soil got an bud detergent in it already then flush them and it should help alot helped me

Those are Thrips marks, not spider mites. You can get any natural pesticide like Black Soap or Marseille Soap in spray ready to use at your local grow shop.
