Strange clear spots on seedlings leaves

My two seedlings are showing this strange clear spots, I can't figure out on my searchings. Maybe water droplets burn when I mistankely sprayed them with lights on when younger. Or it looks something else?

First 2-3 sets of leaves can have these markings and you'll never see them again. New growth looks fine.

Double check your lights recommended hang height and dim setting and your extractor fan is on. I am seeing a bit of leaf edge curl and that's telling me light or heat stress. It can also happen from really low RH. Water droplet burning tents to be in little circles like the droplet on the leaves. If your growing in coir or peatmoss remember you need to provide everything to the plants as them substrates are void of any meaningful nutrition. Coir has a slight exception in that it needs extra Ca and Mg as a buffering agent before its used. Or it will rob the feed of its Ca and Mg to use in its cation exchange sites. Some brands buffer their coir, like CANNA, love that brand. If not give it a good amount of Ca and Mg and a nice amount of runoff. I'd also recommended you add in some perlite to help lighten up the medium and give it better drainage properties on the next grow/transplant. about 20-30% for coir and 40-50% for peatmoss. Good Luck!

if not droplets then genetics trouble or the seed damage during germination , but no worries, other growers might give advice to start a new one but i had this before and this plant can overcome more healthy plants. good luck buddy!
