My seedling is growing very slow it’s 3 weeks old and not growing much does anyone know what the problem might be

You need to boost the roots development. Those cups are good for the first week. Transplant into intermediary pots (1.5-2L pots), bury the seedling just right under the cotyledon leaves it will grow roots from the buried stem. In soil, you’re not supposed to use any nutrients during 3 weeks after transplanting, any horticultural soil is pre-fertilized. At this stage, you use only roots enhancers.

that's the thig with seedlings.. they will ask for more light shortly after sprout. react to stretch a bit sooner and it'll stay in better proportions. internode length is the guide.

your plants are saying, "Feed me, seymour!" It's ready for fertilizer. When those cotys go yellow you can feed. how hot your soil is impacts how quickly you ramp up. "seedling" soil is not likely too strong of concentration to start, so sounds right.

They were super stretchy when I got them but genetics of my plant say it’s very tall in general and they had sufficient light when they germinated at the right distance. Not feeding any nutes using freedom farms seedling starter soil
