EC measurements range

I've got an EC Meter now and measurements are confusing me. Using a milwaukee instruments CD611, so supposed to multiply measurement by 100 for EC. My plants runoff are 16, 17, 20 and 30 each. EC of water going in is 15-16, same feed mix for all. Best EC range runoff to be? Thank

Set it up on the TDS 700 scale (0.70)
TDS maximum around 1200ppm during stretch and flowering
Around 700ppm in Veg depending of plants need

Somewhere on the advanced nutrients page i read that you should add the additives first and then add the base till the desired ppm
Heard some one els say 1 feed 1 water at a 50%dose
But that seems to be burning mime
So maybe feed water water feed?
Or 25% dose
Ps: im a beginner myself could be wrong

Mykorrhiza ohne umtopfen?ich benutze BioTabs Mycotrex und habe deswegen meine Autoflower zu erst im kleinen Topf gesetzt, um sie dann beim Umtopfen in den finalen Behälter mit diesen Pilzen zu impfen. Why does coco nutes often only have one A B blend, instead of 2 seperate Veg and Bloom blends?I personally use Plagron nutes in coco, hence I use the same A+B bottles for veg and flower.
When looking at nutes for soil they have the 2 different bottles for veg vs bloom.
