The lighting is likely too intense which cause the plant to not have to reach to catch the light.

all seeds are diferent, this one has ex ruderalis midget gene, not a biggie, they stil grow 5-7 granades and one BOMB ;) light intensity can play up too high slows down stretch, low temps in veg can slow down too. she looks fine, more like grandparents heritage than any issue.

I can tell you that it looks like this for me due to its phenotype which reduces the distance between internodes, usually with photodependent plants it develops low and compact plants

Could be the seed you placed too deep, I will say lower the light intensity [dim it] so she starts stretching and after she stretches you can cut the lower part 🍻

Como dice Roberts puede que la iluminación sea intensa o esté muy serca del dosel. Pero se ve saludable y no creo que se un problema. Puedes subir el nivel de tu panel para que la planta se estire un poco más.
