These outdoor auto flowers have stunted after transplant. Today is the start of week 5. Is there anything I can do to help the recover? Or is the tiny one doomed?

The small one seems to be pushing through seedling and maybe 4 more days to really start vegging. Im not sure how she will turn out since you already know Autos will follow their own flowering schedule. It is a nice experiment though. Will she flower 4/5 weeks after germinating, or does she count from the moment she start vegging? Anyway I know this is not the answer you are looking for but have a look at this diary. It may help you with some good ideas. Maybe adding Mycorrhiza will help with the development. growdiaries.com/diaries/172752-grow-journal-by-love-2-grow

Autos if are been uppoted. Really needs to be done before they leave the seedling stage to min risk of this. Good advice below. Use a 150-200 Epsom salt foliar spray. Do this twice in a week, and then as needed if at all. Should help kick start her.

Neu setzten. VG

Autos really prefer not to be transplanted, and the more different the new medium compared to the old the more likely they are to be shocked. You can try some foliar "recovery" application - just about every nute brand sells one - however I wouldn't get your hopes up too much 5 weeks is long for an auto.
