Weird Sugar Leaf Burning

BMGenetix
BMGenetixstarted grow question 7 months ago
Does anyone have an idea what happened to my leaves? They are trying up and burning for some reason but only 3 of the 7 that are in the tent. They are all clones from the same mother plant. At first I assumed it was too much light at 1200 ppfd but dropping it didn't help.

This is potentially really bad... gently pry somem bud apart between calyxes so you don't cause too much damge. look underneath where leaves are dead. is there any grey or white fuzz there? if so you have an infected plant. throw it out. get it away from the rest of your garden ASAP. leaves will also pull out incredibly easy - can try that first. even so, i'd inspect under the buds along stem anywhere the leaves have died like that. sure it could be nute-related, but such a thing is not sugar-leaf specific, so i'd be worried about disease from this picture.

Thats nute burn You overfed girl. She should be on plain 6.3 phed water when pot gets dry. Now she will drink way less and slower. Have in mind. Dont add overwatering to issues.

it's not light damage because it's happening quite low on the plant.. the way light diffuses in air, it's significantly weaker just a short distance further away from light, so i doubt the mid-plant level was receiving too much light.. this looks like disease.

Well it can be many factors. First try to plug it off and see if it goes away easily. If so, it’s recommended to check the inner of the bud and look for any rot. It can be a symptom of bud rot. It can be your light, probably too close and/or too intense. Too many nutrients used during end of flowering, you can control the EC level of the soil by taking a sample from the pots drain. Or just simply the beginning of the senescence, which can be normal at this stage of your growth, particularly if you didn’t use too many nutrients during its life cycle.

Too much nutrients while in late flower? Also your humidity is way too high, it needs to be around %40. I set my controllers to %40, don't go below %35. In regards to your lighting make sure to use appropriate LUX. Get a cheap LUX meter from Amazon this is very important. Seedling(s): 9-15k Veg: 15-25k Flower: 30-45k (I do 40k until the bud is fully formed than I do 45k) Try not to go over 55k LUX while in Flower, It could bleach your buds and also possibly give you foxtails especially with LED's.
