What indicates the brown tip of a single lower leaf. Growth is also relatively slow. I see this on my 25 days old Hulkberry Auto. The plant sits in a greenhouse on my balcony. Night temperatures go down to 8-12°C. No fertilizer used.
The damage on that leaf looks like water damage. Does it ever touch you soil? I wouldn't stress those bottom single blade leaves anyway. The cool night temps may be slowing it down some. It might also like some supplemental lighting at night. Autos can easily handle 18+ hours of light a day.
IMHO for 25 days old auto in soil plant has right size.
I am not sure what's the reason for the brown tip, but it looks like isolated issue, I wouldn't worry about that.
