So I think phenotype may not be the word you're looking for. to better understand this, Genotype is sort of the blueprint. It's all the genes/traits DNA sequences and all that that exist in an organism, regardless of if it's visible or not (i.e. genes for purple expression, higher or lower resin production, etc...). Phenotype is what is being expressed by the genes in an organism (i.e. the plant actually turning purple, the plant having a specific terpene profile, how tall or short it is, etc...). This means that you can have the genotype for a certain gene to be expressed, but it's entirely possible the genes is never expressed and thus has a different phenotype than you may expect (in people, this can look like one person having brown hair, but the family is all blonde. They have the genes for blonde hair, but it is not expressed.)
With this in mind, no it's not possible for an organism to have multiple phenotypes, as the phenotype is whatever the organism expresses. To put it another way, a phenotype is the whole package of how the plant looks. Can a plant have 2 (or more) specific traits you are looking for? Yes, absolutely.. Color, terpene profile, and resin production are all genes/traits you can select for. You can then look for a phenotype that expresses those traits the way you would want.
There's obvs more complications to this but I hope that helps at a basic level
