Always check with a ph ppm meter. Test your input ppms and the runoff. Runoff shouldn't be less the 100ppms what you put in, and it shouldn't be more then 300ppms what your putting in. More then 100 less then your putting in means it is deficient. More then 300 more then your putting in means overfeeding could lead to lockout. Pest and bugs are also a concern check your plant all over for creepy crawlers and little things that fly around. They look relatively healthy though to be honest. I am not certain but bugs could be an option. Looks like little holes. I notice on top pic the leaf tip is a bit burnt. Look close for pests Check pH Keep EC to 0.3 calmag Up to 1.0-1.2 with base shouldn't be too strong or not enough
