Another question... Apparently, my 4 plants are not doing well. One of them is showing the most symptoms. I'm guessing it's the pH value of the water, but a second opinion is always good.

@FarmerJon The temperature is usually between 25 - 30° and the humidity is at 50%. I haven't used any nutrients yet.

More often than not, drooping plants are the result of excess in relation to a plant's environment and feeding schedule. In other words, this is often a result of too much heat, too much humidity, and/or too much watering. What's the temperature and humidity of your grow environment? What about your feeding frequency? I'd suggest reviewing these factors before jumping to the conclusion that it's a nutrient deficiency.
