Not possibly, but definitely male flowers.
Just remember, any seeds produced from hermaphrodite pollen will result in seeds with a genetic dominance to be hermaphrodites too.
If it is a hermaphrodite, that is, with female flowers on the same plant, I would chop without hesitation.
If it is a pure male, that is, with absolutely no female flowers on the same plant, you could use it for breeding.
Try Sweet Seeds, they are awesome and offer superb genetic stability.
Seedsman operate out of Spain by the way. Personally I have had very poor service (if you could call it that) and very ordinary results from their own branded seeds.
Needless to say, I will never deal with them or their products ever again.
Pev Grow, also in Spain, are an incredible web store that I can highly recommend, with 1000s of strains and the best prices I could find on the net.
They also have super simple credit/debit card payments, ship Worldwide and freebies with every order. I just love them!
Hope this helps, Organoman.
