I don't know how long your growing period was, but regardless, the seeds are from a herming plant. Unless you grew this plant outside, and somehow someone near you has a male (this would realistically be within a mile of you), and it was pollinated.
Looking at the seeds, they have been developed for some time. They are tiger-stripped, which shows they have aged for some time (I am not sure of the exact time here as I do not breed; pardon my ignorance)
I think the seeds would germinate, but the issue with hermed seeds is they are more likely to herm. Does this affect the smoke, no, but it definitely affects the bud site production because it's spending more energy creating seeds than flowers.
