hello friend, she looks underfeeding but it could be coused by thrips. If the plant have some bite like little spot argentate, that necrotic spot could born because the insect attack under the leaf, sucking the sap. This is only an hypotesis so ceck it out. Good luck and happy growing!!

She needs more potassium and phosphorus. Discoloration is potassium deficiency, spots are phosphorus deficiency as of right now. She wants to be fed in general from looks. Without a diary or detailed information on grow it makes it hard to diagnose with good accuracy. Overwatering can cause same issue. But we don't know what you are growing in. If it is a coco grow then your ph is out of range. Details can make all the difference.
