Looks like you may have gotten some of the nutrient solution on the plant while watering, the tips are also showing signs of burn which could be nutrient burn.

No diary + limited info = hard to give specific advice.
But it looks like a too hot soil mix with a developing magnesium deficiency.
But don't even know if you are growing in soil.

Please help to identify deficiency / excess???7 weeks, autoflower, soil + perlite, giving water with RQS Easy Bloom (half a tablet per 3 liters), pH of the watering mixture is 6.5. The bottom leaves on one of the plants are turning yellow (starting from the tips) and slowly dying , while the top leaves tips look very burnt.

Deficit or too much fertilizer or EC in the soil pls helpI have been mixing my water with distilled water for 2 weeks before adding the fertilizer to correct my EC downwards. PH6.5 EC 800ppm after Fertalizer.
