Oldest leaves turning yellow

What could be the cause of oldest leaves turning spotty yellow on 3 week old plants? They got nutritients end of last week for the first time, but not that much.

Looks like there’s yellowing in between the veins of the leaf to me. That or the lights making it look that way. Anyhow that’d be magnesium deficien

I cant see the whole plant, but from the picture it looks like nitrogen deficiency.

I may have over watered or it could be nutrient lockout. I only feed them every 10days to 2wks. I was switching them over from 1 fert to bloom fert by mixing 1 tsp of ea into 1 gal water but I did it 2x in a row. BEST WAY TO FIX THIS ???
