Well first this is a advertisement website for grow diaries which is owned and ran by FastBuds.
They obviously want all the eyes on the product in hopes of gaining customers.
Not just FB but all other breeders and banks.
They will notice a grower is getting good yields, documenting it well, adding nice photos and boom they have a potential grower they will sponsor and that will get their product more attention.
I personally don't see a problem with it, IF the grower is honest and shows the good and the bad.
Let's say they plant 20x and pick the best 4 to run in a 4x4 tent.. this can be misleading if the grower didn't specify.
But if the entire grow good and bad is documented I see no problem.
But to answer your question yes it allowed and all the breeders and seed banks push it to get eyeballs on their gear!
