Pluck it. It is a stray weed that got into soil at company or prior to planting. It won't hurt anything to pull it out.

If its not planed for or wanted its a weed, pluck it!
No harm will come when both plants are this small and they growing apart by a good amount, their roots will not be entangled.
Kinda looks like arugula. but most sprouts look similar.

Did one seed enter ... two plants leave or is she just that messed up?
Seed was very slow to take up water and sprouted slightly oddly on the towel, thought little of it at the time.
