Pistols browning too early

yourbestbud
yourbestbudstarted grow question 5 months ago
My ladies are in fourth week of flowering. I noticed they’re not close to done but the pistols are turning brown. It seems a bit early to me and there are no trichomes on there either. Had a nitrogen deficiency earlier which is fine now. Ive also checked and they’re female.

Pistils turning amber is a sign that the plant is entering the final phase of flowering: the flowers will swell to become the buds we are all looking for. In no way is it a sign that the harvest is coming, just bro-science. (there are easily 3 to 5 weeks to go)

Male plants won't have pistils. So not sure how you checked. Pistils will brown if the are touched or get damaged or pollinated.
