It's best to target as few transparent ones and as few amber ones as possible. So it's a case-by-case choice, but it's actually better to harvest 'early' because that leaves you more options.
I harvest early because amber trichomes also mean terpenes that degrade, and I like my concentrates to be euphoric and tasty. :3

Yes and no.
What will have an influence are the trichomes: the more amber you have, the stonier the effect will be.
But bear in mind that the plant, even when cut, continues to mature and break down the THC (milky trichomes) into CBN (amber trichomes).
It's also possible to force the THC to break down into CBN during or after drying, using heat and UV light.

Any other colorspace than rgb seems to f* up the colors on photos and video files seem to at least accept h265 but max resolution and file size would be nice to know.
