This plant has been in the tent the same amount of time as my 2 diary plants and doesn’t seem to grow shall I scrap her ive added so bio grow to her as the first round leaves went yellow and dry and crisp

The first round leaves, known as "cotyledonds" have no bearing on the plants growth or health, their only purpose is to protect the growing tip as it pushes through the soil, then they die and fall off.
All seeds have unique genetics and grow at their own pace............it looks healthy enough......... have patience........in another 2 weeks you will be wondering why you were ever worried!

Seedlings don't grow much the forst 2 weeks above the soil. All the growth is happening below the surface as it's establishing a root mass in preparation for growth.

I don't think your light is strong enough or close enough to the plant.
Besides, "blurple" lamps tend to excite the photo directors in SF (cinema, TV series and video games) more than the electrons on the surface of the leaves of your plants. I'd strongly advise you to switch to recent, better quality equipment with horticultural LEDs.
