Hi my Tap water got 76ppm Calcium 11.7 Magnesium ppm Should i Support my nutrition with additional cal or mag ? Mag seema to BE Low?

Is that elemental or compound PPM?? Eg Ca or CaCO3 // Mg or MgO, Some of these items are not plant available and do not break down easily so it would not be a good idea to calculate them into your feed. Magnesium Oxide is barley broken down and takes time and acids to get to the point you need it at.

Well im using citric acid to Bring down my ph value so this Help im in flower week 4 and the planta Look good never used calmag Mut was concerned. I ordert a bottle calmag now

They are likely not chelated so if you aren't using a humic or fulvic acid it's likely the plants won't be able to absorb it. Go with calmag. The elements within Calmag are already chelated and plant available immediately.
