Im using RO water, that being said; how long does one generally wait until upping the nute levels past that of tap water ppm?

I have never done DWC before, but I do use RO water for my feed water and since I grow under LED, I always add some Cal-Mag at the very least. I don't think you want to use plain RO for very long, since there's nothing in it for the plant. I would think a mild nutrient solution of 1-2ml/gal would also be a good thing after she develops her first set of true leaves.

You can and should go the first week without nutrients... Do you have bad water in your area? just asking because RO water has very little buffers and fluctuates a lot. It's a lot easier for you if you just use Tap water, but if you live in Flint, Michigan please for the love of god use the RO water :).
