I followed suggestions from @Angus_MacGrower @HeavyHittah rinsed soil (added 10L of water per plant) and got readings from run-off. Surprisingly they were quite ok, PPM was 250, PH was 7.4. I always use filtered water for watering, so there is no chlorine etc. I also tried to spray plants with water mixed with a small amount of CalMAg and N (water ph was 6.4), so far no result. The problem is still not fixed, dunno what to do:(((((( Any other suggestions? I am also thinking to buy a new PH tester

I had a similar problem, the culprit was tap water whose ppm was 350 without nutrients, it contains a lot of lime and chlorine, lime clogs the soil and it is difficult for the plant to absorb nutrients, try to check the water

Hi, your PH is way off ,they are hungry for nitro ,really bad lockout as you wrote PH is 6,5 for sure it’s not .

@Angus_MacGrower @HeavyHittah thank you for the answers, Then I will rinse it. Should I do it ASAP or wait until soil gets dry?

You're probably not watering sufficiently to get enough run-off. As a result, the salts have accumulated in the soil and are preventing the plant from feeding properly, which explains why the soil remains damp for so long. You should rinse the soil before gradually resuming fertilising.

Looks like it's not absorbing nutrients properly. I would take some run off readings next time you feed . Test the run off PH and EC . It will give you a rough idea of where your soil is at. I would guess the pH is off . Excessive nutrients can also cause lockouts though.
