Likely Calcium issue. Try adding some calmag to your feed regiment. But make sure your pH is around 6.2 and you are feeding enough. Your plant looks like it could use more nitrogen or magnesium. In either case calmag will help. It has iron, magnesium, calcium, and nitrogen,

Give her cal-mag ,she will love correct PH ,you have a pen to check PH right? when mixing water with nutes .😉

calcium deficiency, those rusty spots. ussually sign of bad ph . either she needs food or you have to make it easy avalable - aka right ph. for soil its 6.3. only 6.3 ;)
