Why is she looking so sad?

Good day,
I am new to growing and noticed this baby girl and her sister from the same strain are looking a bit sad. Is this due to too much water or to little? Or is the root something else?

Leaves can droop before watering if things get dry or the can droop after if you water too often and keep your root zone flooded. Those pots are tiny too, I doubt it's root bound yet but will be before too long.

Roots are suffocating from over watering. Thats causing the drooping, and necrosis spots and curing leaves. Weed likes soil on the dry side. Roots need oxygen. When the space is filled with water, there is not room for oxygen for the roots and they suffocate. Wet roots also have a rusk of root rot. Stop watering it so hard. It's small it doesn't have a big root ball to suck it up.

Leaves cupping inwards4 weeks old and its been 2 days her leaves are cupping inwards, i started only calmag yesterday @ 1.5ml/L with a pH of 5.9 as I thought that might have been the cause.. but it hasn't perked back up. Do I just wait or might it be something else? Also top leaves praying up, heat?

When should I put the pellet in the 5 gal pot??I am currently growing a tangie'matic with "a pot for pot" grow kit. At first the seed germinates in a pellet. Then it says "put pellet in 5 gal soil mix after 10 days or when the third set of leaves matches the second." I did it after 10 days and this happened.
