You don't have cups under your textile pots, so I guess you don't let any runoff at all and then the salt build up in the soil, locking root intake.
Every time you water your plants you need to push out excess salt and used water by overwatering just a bit (around 10% of the amount of water you give to your plant should finish in the cups).
To fix your problem, you need to flush the soil: use water only and give your plant a good watering (no excessive amount needed). Wait a bit to let the salt disolve in water, I would say half an hour is enough, and then give your plant another watering but this time don't stop until the runoff looks like clear water (or use an EC meter). Let the soil dry enough and restart fertilisers the next watering, but half the normal dosage the first time.
Also, if you rise your pots a bit, air circulating under will help with the wet/dry cycle.
