Using RQS easy start germination.
Very easy to use! 5/5
1 germinated 2 days before the rest.
1 germinated a day later than the rest.
A bit of stretching at first until i raised them up. And adjusted my light to 75% brightness instead of 25%
Coco/perlite 70/30 is double buffered with calmag.
Autopot system will be there final home.

My first time growing these beautiful ladys.. My experience growing other fruits and veg is above average. But we are continuously learning :-)

Day 1. Repotted them all as the stems were very long.
Day 3. The light is now on 100%
They seem happy with the light brighter and closer to them.
Day 4. Introduced Canna RHIZOTONIC this week.
Day 6. Removing RHIZOTONIC from the feed as i certain it raised Ph to much. and introducing 1ml/l spray 3/4 times per day.
Day 7. Still having issues with Ph :-(
I think its time recalibrate my Ph pen...
I agree with GMSlave , it's both pH and nutrient burn due to the high level of Rhizotonic which is too strong as well as raises the pH very much, so it goes in the soil and causes fluctuations. At this stage , you're better off making a spray with the rhiz 1-2ml/L spray twice to six times a day, this brings the auxin (growth hormone) direct to the plant. reduce feeding as much as possible and make sure you have plenty of run off if you're not in soil. Hope this helps ! 🚀
Week 3.
Day 1. Still giving the girls 2 to 3 sprays of RHIZOTONIC per day.
Still having ph issues with the sensi gro coco nutrients.
Day 2. Preparing to repot into there final 8.5ltr autopots.
Day 3. Changed from AN sensi coco to CANNA coco.. Also repotted into CANNA coco coir plus . I purchased a new Ph meter. So it turns out my old $10 Ph meter needs collaborating every hour! PH is now consistant with my new HM Ph meter :-)
MY MILD CASE OF O.C.D HAS NOW BEEN FIXED! 🙄
Day 4. Showing signs of recovery.
Day 6. Introducing Cannazym.
Day 7. The girls are doing fine. New growth showing. They seem to be loving the bigger pots. :-)
Use a fabric pot or an “Air-Pot” to prevent this from ever happening, when the roots reach air, they “prune” themselves and start to laterally branch, they never get root bound.
Day 1. Girls looking beautiful as usual..
Still applying RHIZOTONIC by spray bottle 2/3 times a day.
Day 2. Fimmed all 5 girls. Although 2 could actually pass as topped.. time will tell. Its all good.
Setting up the Aquavalves and the reservoir today.
Also started some LST. Bending main stem down.
Day 3. Girls are doing fine. Not much to report.
Day 4. Keeping them as flat as possible with LST.
Day 5. I have just realised i may have fimmed a fim 🙈 So neither topped nor fim...

Day 7. I have learnt that calmag is a must, when growing with coco and LED. 😁
You fimmed the fim job.
You have done nothing but cut a few of the tips of the emerging fan leaves. In short, you missed totally. You did not top, nor fim, I'd guess you were just being gentle and too careful?
In my opinion, I do neither. Multiple tops is achieved via numerous methods as well as leaving the plant to her own devices but I find the best method is simple LST without having to chop nothing.

I only have 3 tied down now. So im allowing 2 girls to stretch a bit. Just to see how they grow.
Day 2. Nothing to report. They are all just looking as beautiful as ever..
Day 3. I think the calmag fixed the problem. No more rusty leefs.
I have let my medium dry out quite a bit. Hopefully not to much!!
Day 4. Starting to see a bit more growth and a tiny stretch. I will let them get a bit more of a stretch and then i will be installing a scrog net.
Day 5. Girls are looking beautiful as ever. They dont say much 🙄
Day 6. Doing some more LST.
Day 7. More LST.. Small and bushy seems to be there style..
Day 1. Still having crazy high ppm in runoff. Not sure what thats about. But they seem happy ☺️ and growth seems progressive. Im guessing it could be salt build up maybe...
LST seems to be paying off as i can see a number of tops growing nicely now from the horizontal main stem.
Day 2. The seem to be fine. Slow but steady. New tops all showing more, and growing.
Noticed some leefs underneath are conpletely yellow... Next feed i shall introduce PK. And increase A and B.
Day 3. New feed today. I subtracted Rhizotonic. And added a small bit of PK..
I will increase base nuetrients on the next feed.
Day 4. All good in the hood..
Day 5. Still crazy high runoff.
Iv reduced my ppm to 650. And double checked my PH going in is 5.8. I gave them a nice good strate 5.8 water with roughly 40% runnoff. Then a leight feed. Runiff seems to be ok now...
Day 6. Nice and healthy looking girls with a small stretch ☺️
So now iv just noticed. Hiding under some greenery. A yellow leef...
Can someone please give me advice on what this is and what to do??? Should i cut it? Increase calmag?
Day 1. They are drinking so much now.
Day 2. More tieing down LST.
Day 3. They are needing to be watered and fed almost every day now!
Day 4. While mixing the nutrients. I realised if my PH is low, i can raise it up with a small bit of Rhizotonic. Without going over 790 ppm total.

Almost all my girls have between 8 and 9 tops now. 1 girl having 10 tops. Hopefully i can keep them stretching nice and even for another couple of inches while im building my scrog net frame.
Still top feeding. A long wate for my new res to be delivered. Old res got broken...
Day.5. Defoliating some brown and yellow leaves from the bottom of each plant. They must be getting no sun :-(

I feel like they could of been bigger by now, if i had no issues earlier on in there life. PH issues mostly... a nice lesson learned abput how important PH is growing in coco. And also maybe this strain doesnt react as well to topping. But i have nothing to compare it to yet as this is my first grow :-)
Day 7. Not much else to report at the end of another great week.

Day 1. Scrog net frame built and installed in the grow area.
I used some timber i had in my garage. With screws to hold either a net or string. I have kept the screws 50mm apart so i have the option of 50mm or 100mm squares.
Now i just need my beautiful girls to stretch a bit more, then il put the string on to create the net.
Day 2. Not much to report. Girls are all healthy. Looking fine as hell!

Day 3. The smell is getting a bit stronger now so i connected my new carbon filter.
Day 4. They need water every day now for sure. Feeding every time.
Day 5. All 5 beautiful ladues are almost high enough to put under the net now. So i shall install the net tomnorow.
Day 6. Defoliation to allow air flow under the scrog.
I have released all the tie downs. Ready for the scrog net.
Day 7 Net installed!
I used braded building string line. Its very durable. Stretches if it needs to. And i have an endless supply of it ☺️

Day 1. I finally got my reservoir for my Autopots.
Reservoir is now connected. No more top feeding.
Day 2. I think theyv had a halt in growth from defoliation.
Day 3. They are loving the Autopot system!! Nice healthy growth. I have the light raised to 70cm above the canopy for a small bit more stretch im hoping.
Day 4. Tucking under the net as they grow...
Not much to do with this Autopot system but check PH.
Day 5. Girls stretching. Me tucking.
Day 6. Girls stretching. Me tucking. And hoping for them to stretch more...

Day 1. I feel this week will be the last week for veg. I have roughly 80% of the net filled.
Day 2. Increased base nutrients by 50%
Day 3. Stretching and tucking under the net.
Day 4. I spent most of the day telling these lovely ladys how beautiful they look..

Day 6. NOT GOOD! I am 100% certain they have nutrient burn!
I went away and let a family member fill the res. PPM was read wrong and resulted in the girls getting 1200 PPM for 2 days.
As recomended by Autopots i empty the entire Res. Washed it out. And filled it with 5.8 PH water..
I removed the bad leaves..

Day.3. Trichomes are about 50% cloudy 50% clear now.
Day 4. Starting to lower nutrients by 50 ppm every day. To do a very minimal flush.
Day 5. The girls look half dead now 😣
Day 6. Still reducing nutrients. Topping up the tank every 5ltr with 5ltr if plain ph 6.2 water.
Day 7. As im removing any dead leaves, i can see there is little buds literally everywhere on these girls!

There seems to be ALOT of controversy with flushing. To flush. Not to flush. Iv decided to do a gradual flush. With about 3 days of plain water at the end. Depending on trichomes of course. This makes more sense to me. As im using coco...

Amber trichomes on 4 girls now.
HARVEST IS NEAR! 💚
Day 2. I have turned off the light today during the night time. So i will give them complete darkness for 36 hours. This will be the perfect time for me to chop them down and wet trim. Then hang them to dry 😍💚
Day 3. Removed the heater from the res. To give them cold water in there final 24 hours.
To be honest, i cant find any good sources for scientific evidence that darkness before the chop actually works.. i understand the theory behind shocking plants before harvest. But i shall do my own tests over time to try determine what works and what is just myth.
Day 4. CHOPPED today. I wet trimmed them. This took 5 hours for 2 of us (not high) and now they are all hanging upside down in my grow area. Nice air circulation. Not directly on the buds.

So this was my first grow.
I would say it was an easy strain to grow. I cannot give an accurate report on disease resistance as i have nothing to compare it to. But i had no problems in this area.
I tried a small bud. Needs to cure but i can tell its going to be so delicious!
As a completely newbie, Grow diaries is the best place to be!
Not only is there a huge ammount of info but there are so many friendly people to share it
and give you advice and the confidence to move forward to get the results you want!
For anyone growing this beautiful strain i would concentrate on more LST than HST, as the 1 i didnt top yielded a small bit more..
For anyone doing there first grow.
My advice would be to reach out and ask alot of questions.
Make sure your ph and ec reader is working propperly. Doing this early on can save you much heartache as i found out the hard way..
Also for anyone attempting a SCROG for the first time. Make sure you can access the pot, to measure your runnoff, and to remove it if needed.
And keep things simple!! 😊
I used the Autopot system half way through my grow. I liked this system as it suited my lifestyle. Super easy to use!
There was 1 downside i incountered. This was in relation to doing a SCROG. I was not able to remove the pots to check runoff properly. This ment i could not diagnose the problem
accurately.
I had 2 main goals.
1. To learn.
2. Not to burn down or flood my apartment.
I believe i succeeded! 😁
I am also happy with the final yield!
The buds are still drying out right now. Soon to be jarred for a long cure.

21 days curing in jars with boveda 62% I gave it a few hours out of the jar before i smoked it, to bring it down to 55% humidity. What a beautifuly smoothe tasting smoke. I got the balance of head and body just right 💚
