Is my plant thirsty?

Wind damage is possible, very posible, but Looking at state of plant, i guess you overwater, plus feed heavily. Plant roots are in all pot, so you should water with run off to saturate all pot. Do it in parts and like 5 min intervals, let water moist all pot and no dry pockets left. On second day after watering - break / rough top soil gently without ripping roots. Better aeration, roots will love it . Now when you done both, wait. Wait til pot is easy to lift aka girl drank all. If any lockout happened ( what could be your case too ) top dries, so you check and get fooled, because bottom part is still heavy moist. Lift pots, only right way to know when to water.

no info so assuming soil context. irrigate until entire thing is wet.. you need a little runoff to be sure of it. dry pockets are bad. wait for top 1" to dry and re-irrigate with same exact process.. simple at that. can't be under or over watering if following this simple standard operating procedure. you'll even learn the volume of water needed per put, retroactively. As long as you wait for same "dryback" (can guage by loss of weight too) in substrate, it'll require the same volume.

Limp Leaves + Limp Stems = Underwatered Limp Leaves + Stiff Stems = Overwatered Taco Leaves = Heat/Light Stress Don't point the fan directly at the plants unless it is on a timer and oscillating, otherwise have it aimed as a wall it will move the air aorund the leaves just fine. Good Luck!
